ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY WORK ON IT.
Sounds like your problem may be with the heating coil.
Remove the back of the machine and try to locate the air duct going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside the air duct you will find the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistor.
Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with an ohm meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty.
If the heating coil is ok, then:
You can check the thermostat/thermistor by removing the two wires and taping them together with electrical tape.
If the coil heats up then replace the thermostat/thermistor.
DO NOT LEAVE THE WIRES TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THE TEST. This could cause a fire, as you have removed the saftey of overheat from the machine.
I will include these two websites for parts and further help:
http://www.partselect.com/
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/index.aspx
Both also have chat assistance 24/7.
Good Luck,
Hope this helps

Heater blows cold air

This is from Lifewire: If your heater was blowing lukewarm instead of cold, a thermostat that was stuck open would have been a potential cause. Another common problem is when air gets into the cooling system. Since the heater core is often the high point in a cooling system, air can move into it and become trapped.

Airco seems to blow hot air most of the times, but cold occasionally

Seems like the blend door is intermittent,Like you said in some cases it works fine,Either the blend door is intermitent or the cycling switch is intermittent this is located on the filter drier when this pressure switch fails the A/C goes intermittent

Neither my heat or a/c works and when I try to defrost my windows they just fog up is the accumulator / drier need replaced?

does the air temp change when you try to blow ac and or heat?? if it does change from cold to hot at your discretion and it is still fogging up you may have a leaking heater core and in which cases the "fog" you see on the windshield is actually antifreeze blowing onto the glass from the leaking heater core.

My is heat is not work?My car is blowing cold air instead of hot air, I have a brand new heater core, the thermostat is not sticking,I got anti-freeze in it,It's getting cold in I need heat. Please help me

first feel the heater core hoses see if both are hot if so then your problem is in the blend air door must be stuck on cold. is your blower motor blowing cold air if not your blower motor might be the problem. the blend air door is down by the blower motor.

My Whirlpool Super Duty Imperial drier won't produce heat. I made sure the outside vent was unclogged; it is blowing cold air.

When a dryer doesn't heat, either the heating element is bad, or the flap inside the venting of the dryer is opened allowing air to bypass the dryer instead of blowing the air into the dryer.

Put new belt on my whirlpool creations tumble drier, now heater blowing cold air, is there a reset button

IF THE UNIT WAS WORKING BEFORE YOU REPLACED THE BELT YOU MAY HAVE KNOCKED A WIRE OFF A SENSOR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT. UNPLUG UNIT AND CHECK FOR A WIRE NOT CONNECTED

Heater blowing out cold air

Yes you could have a bad overload on the heater element which is fairly simple to fix. To test for this pull the heater out and get an ohmeter set it to continuity and check the continuity first through the entire heater element then if there is none pin point the overloads and check to see which one has no continuity.
