A lot noise, when spinning after rinse

Whirlpool Ultracare II makes a lot noise, when spinning after rinse.  It is 10 years old but works fine except the noise at spinning.  The first thought was not leveled after so many years.  All the feet reset with measurement.  The heavy pounding noise still there and makes my heart hurt

Forget the brokenhearted melody........ten years is well past the use by date of most machines. You face a major service or a replacement.
.....I dont get emotional about inanimate objects......or crows for that matter.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ8543JQ0 WON'T SPIN

really sounds like a coupler issue. May look fine but if one of the teeth are busted it will do this. You can get a tutorial for fixing this here. http://www.shop.washermd.com/category.sc?categoryId=4

Motor makes loud rattling noise during rinse cycle

could be the coupler and the only way to truely check it is to take the pump, then the motor off. But it seems strange to me that you say it works fine. Is it spinning? usually when the coupler breaks it sounds horrible and usually will not spin but it will drain.I would check the coupler again.
