Can't reactivate CS2 on the same computer after reinstalling Windows XP. Original purchase was a download on 12/29/06, Receipt/Order #AD000561677, Customer # ADB0302631455. Original serial # was 1045-1488-9372-5461-5421-2125, new # received from Adobe customer service tech today is 1045-1978-6820-1611-3699-3401 - case #202562952. Neither number works. I've dealt with 3 different Adobe techs today. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program 5 times. The program operates fine, uninstalls and reinstalls effortlessly, but it needs something special to reactivate on the same machine. i did not receive an unlock code from adobe for ''photoshop album starter edition 3.0'' and can no longer view my pictures...what can i do to get them or convert to a new version and not loose these albums?? it also appears that the ''unlock code'' button is not available even if i did have a valid code
