Trying to programme an all in one remote (by 2 users)

i have a remokid all in one remote, was bought from gadget shop a few years back,
have lost instructon manual for it,
cant find a manual anywhere online.
need to know how to programme it,
can anyone help

hi i have insignia dvd/vcr unit & i can not find a code # for it. i also need informatiom manual for am all in one remote urc-4220
