Cooling fan making lot of

I solved a problem exactly like this a couple of weeks ago. Thee thing is, the fan spins at a certain amounts of rpm that would result in the sufficient amount of cooling needed for your system.

There is some programs that you can use to reduce the speed at witch the fan runs, thus reducing the noise, but then the system will not get sufficient cooling and the cpu might overheat.

The only solution i can give you that will not compromise the overheating of your system is to clean the fan you are using at the moment, i use compressed air. Hope this can help you.
