how many gigs is this all ready? What is it equal too 1gb, 512, etc........ . what type of memory should i use ............ its a hp notebook mini 1151 nr

256MB = .25GB
512MB = .5GB
768MB = .75GB
1024MB = 1GB

Your HP Mini takes this type of memory:
DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR2-667 • 1.8V • 256Meg x 64

THE hp 1151NR can hold up to 2048 MB (2 GB) of memory. It has only one slot, so you will need to take out the 1 GB stick that is already installed and replace it with a 2 GB stick. You can use the crucial memory configurator to assist you in locating the proper memory.

Its equal to 1GB . You can upgrade it to 2 Gb max. Only one slot . But hp recommends only one gb as the maximum .
