My computer is perfectly fine, and the Logitech EX110 keyboard and mouse worked fine. Not anymore! Unfortunately, despite reinstalling software, checking for updates etc, the receiver lights are all green, the batteries are new and I have tried the equipment in other computers, it simply does not work! When I use the Logitech Re Connect Utility, a window appears and states, Please connect your cordless receiver in a USB port or click o cancel to abort. I suppose this means that although the receiver lights are all green, the mouse and keyboard batteries are brand new, its simpy that the receiver is duff! am I correct?

Does re-doing the Connect process work? [i.e. press the button on the receiver, then on the mouse - repeat for keyboard]

It's quite likely this solution will fix your problem as well, but if not, please let me know and we can try a few other solutions.

Do a Hard Reset method to clear the keyboard and mouse settings and reconnect it back to your computer:

• Remove the batteries from the keyboard
• Press the Connect button on the receiver for 10 seconds.

(You might need a pencil tip or other small tip to press the connect button.)
• Insert the batteries back into the keyboard.
• Press the Connect button on the receiver.
• Press the Connect button on the keyboard.

Logitech S510 mouse will not turn on

I am assuming since you need batteries that the mouse is cordless. If so you normaly have to sync the mouse with the receiver. If the keyborad and mouse came as a package it will only have one receiver. There should be corresponding sync buttons for these devices.
