Problem for 2wire (1000-000057-000) Modem

Power light is red but wireless light is green

my Mom's 2wire was working and all the sudden won't now. The power button is red. We have plugged it in different places and it will not go green. But the wirless is green. Do we need to buy a new unit or could it be the power cord maybe? Thanks

Hey bro... the problem ur facing is with the power cord... Try changing the power cord and test ... It should work.... If it doesnt you need to change the whole unit itself. ... But anything before that you can always contact ur ISP for further info. They might replace it for you free if there is a need to.. T&C apply. Check with your local ISP... Thanks. Any more issues or any problems furthermore pertaining to this modem - You can always post it and we can fix it :)
