I cannot seem to download Adobe Flash from the Internet. I cannot open Jacquie Lawson ecards which a friend is sending to me. I am old and a dummy with computers!!! Please can you help me?

You may have a previous version on your computer,  if you have uninstall it  and ALL running programs.Then try to install adobe Flash Player.  Hope this helps.

- As these are animated ecards by Jacquie Lawson,go to her website www.Jacquielawson.com where you can download Adobe Flash from her site.Just make sure to close all running programs and uninstall any previous version of Adobe Flash Player you may have on your computer.
