Problem for NEC PowerMate 5250 PC Desktop
No screen image when booted
A friend has no screen image when PC is booted...It's just grey...The XP splash screen shows, then goes through the loading process but then no image appears and the screen is light grey in colour.
If booted in "Safe Mode" the image on screen is normal.
He has XP pro.

go to Safe Mode and uninstall the older version of the driver of the VGA Card... reboot in normal mode, it has to login to the windows with no driver for VGA Adapater ... try to find the newest driver on internet and install it .. it should solve the problem
