Question about Konica Minolta bizhub C351 All-In-One Laser Printer
Before the malfuction code is C-D203 now it's C-2807. I tried to reset "Reboot> press Utility> press Trouble reset> Reboot" several times. Sometime it fix the problem but after a few print jobs it won't print again. And I have to reset again. Any advice? Tech support is useless, call them several times they promise to come but its been 3 weeks and nobody came.
You need a service guy to stop by. Resetting the machine is a temporary solution only. Service will be able to print reports and see where the issue lies if it goes beyond just fixing a part.
