Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
But unable to get in "recovery Mode" to perform the task, it freezes on "scanning disk" until the battery runs out.....does anyone else have that problem?
I too have difficulty with the support team, even after sending $25.00, they still ask for more!!!! and I'm not any closer at soving the problem.
I think you have a bad hard drive, can you download the recovery tool from creative and run that or upgrade the firmware on the unit.
