I've got a 2gb Goodmans GMP32G5 MP3 player with a good few albums on there, it works fine other than I cannot get anything on or off it!?

when buying it, you should have purchased a usb cable with it, see if u can connect it to your wondows computer,
if you hae got win2000 and later installed, it should recognize it likr a thumb-drive/external harddisk, you'll be able to copy the mp3's
from your harddisk to it then.
If you have win98 installed and use an older machine that supports only the usb 1.1 standard, do install the win98 drivers from the (mini?)CD you got when you bought it.
If you cannot find it,then come again -there's no support for this on the manufacturers homepage!

I want to transfer casettes to a cd.

Hi
To transfer any audio or video casette to cd you need an audio casette player/vcp or vcr for playing back the video on the computer, a video capture card installed on the computer and the software to capture the video like Pinnacle which will save the audio/video file in mp3, mpeg format on the computer. The casette player or the vcr can be attached to the computer tower through the video capture card.

I bought a mp3 player from china.it is showing that the driver cd can run only in win98.where as I have winxp operating system.how can I resolve the problem how can I upload songs in to the mp3 player

Do not Install the Software. If you have the Updated Version of Windows Media Player, You can just hook up the MP3 Player to the USB Outlet on your PC and open WMP, Look for the Sync Tab at the Top. Click and Drag your Songs that you want to the Pane on the Right. When you have the Songs that you want just Click on Sync at the Bottom of the Page on the Right and WMP will Sync them to your MP3 Player. Done!

I don't know how to load music from the internet to my new mp3

the best way for that is to read your manual.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Windows XP SP1
Windows Media Player 10
Intel1.gif Pentium class PC or higher
CD-ROM drive
USB 2.0 port required for hi-speed transfer
CONNECTING AND TRANSFERRING
Connect to your Computer
1. Connect the small USB Cable Connector to the USB port on your computer, and then plug the larger
Cable Dock Connector in to your Sansa c200 port.
2. Once connected to computer, it should be detected by the operating system automatically and is
shown as an additional drive called “Sansa c200”.
SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER
You will need to use Sansa Media Converter to transfer photos to your Sansa c200. Insert your SanDisk
CD and select Sansa Media Converter to install it to your PC. Then you can load your personal photos
onto your Sansa c200 by using Sansa Media Converter.

TRANSFER MUSIC
To transfer music to your Sansa c200:
1. Connect Sansa c200 to the computer.
2. Drag and drop files from your computer to Sansa c200 by using a variety of music software
programs to transfer/synchronize your files.
3. In MTP mode as long as the files are WMA or MP3, they can be dragged into the Media folder.
Otherwise, they can be dragged into the Data1.gif folder (these files will not appear on the player).
4. In MSC mode, files/folders can be dragged/copied to the device.

Player won't play some songs - It states "No Authority" and won't play them

That generally means that the song was purchased online. Music purchased on line will sometimes not be allowed to transfer to mp3 players. That's to keep you from buying a song, putting it on your player and then transferring it to another computer. Part of the anti-piracy deal. If the songs that won't play were not purchased on line, then there may be deeper problems with your player and you may need to reformat the device.
