You need to do the following :

1- get yourself a PS2 keyboard
2- go to windows and install the S5100K-G keyboard driver
3- reboot the computer and go to the BIOS settings and make sure to enable the USB keyboard and mouse feature
4- shutdown the pc .. remove the PS2 keyboard and plug the S5100K-G keyboard then reboot

this should solve the problem

How to install bios

the bios is already on the board,
when you are booting the computer you have to push down on the F10, if that doesnt work than try F1 and thanF2, every time you try to enter the motherboard bios you have to start from a cold boot.
website for motherboard bios configuration and settings is at
http://www.msicomputer.com

if you want a copy of the bios setup and configurations and everything explained in detail go to your browser and type the following information.

MS-6758-040 BIOS MANUAL OR
MSI MS-6758-040 BIOS MANAUL

the bois controls everything the that runs you computer, video, ram, HD, CPU, PORT FUNCTIONS, BOOT SEQUENCE, SMART FAN CONFIGURATION, HD CONFIGURATION, TEMP. SETTINGS, AND ALOT MORE STUFF AND VERY LONG LIST.

Speed Up Windows XP Boot and Shutdown Times

This guide will show you how to shorten the time it takes for your desktop to appear when you turn your computer, and make it shut down faster as well. Here are a few tips to get you right to your desktop as quickly as possible after startup.
To speed up Windows XP shutdown times:
Turn off services that you don’t need. If you want XP to shutdown faster, you need to have less services running for it to shutdown. Disable any unneeded services.
Don’t clear virtual memory at shutdown. Clearing the page file can provide more security, but that comes at the expense of speed. I don’t really care if someone can look at my page file. If you are more concerned with the shutdown speed, then you will want to disable this option in the registry. You will need to locate the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management registry key and change the ClearPageFileAtShutdown to 0.
To speed up Windows XP Startup times:
Waiting for your computer to boot can be a painful process. Though Microsoft has taken steps to speed up the boot process, it still can be improved. Here a few suggestions you can follow to speed up your Windows XP boot time.
Boot Defrag. If your boot files are closer together it will take less time for your hard drive to seek the files, therefore giving you a faster boot time. This was enabled by default on my machine, but you will want to make sure you have the option enabled in the registry. In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Dfrg\BootOptimizeFunction
You will want to set “enable” to “Y”.
Keep the registry clean. Windows registry can be a disaster. When programs install they will create registry keys. When you uninstall the program it will leave behind useless registry keys. The solution is to use a good, reliable, registry cleaner. Be careful in which one you choose though because a bad cleaner could really screw up your system. My favorite choice is CClceaner, which will also rid your machine of some spyware and temporary internet files. You can download it here.
Change BIOS Settings. The computer has to go through the BIOS before actually touching Windows. Changing a few settings can decrease the time it takes to actually get to the Windows XP boot screen. First you will want to run a Quick POST (power on self test) if your bios has this option. Secondly you will want to disable booting from a floppy (especially slow), cd, usb. If the BIOS only has to look for the hard drive it will go much faster. You will want to remember that you changed this setting though, incase you have to boot from one of these devices for troubleshooting. The last option is to turn off Boot Delay if you BIOS has this available.

Install windows 95 from floppy

Microsoft Windows 95 employs the use of a bootable floppy disk to begin the installation of the Windows 95 operating system or to troubleshoot problems with the system. Microsoft Windows 95 uses the MS-DOS system to boot the computer first and then loads the Windows 95 operating system onto the machine. Windows 95 Boot Disks may be created in one of two ways: The Startup disk may be created from within Windows or a boot disk may be created from a free downloaded boot disk image. After the boot disk is created the disk may be used to boot the computer and install or troubleshoot Windows 95.

Click "Start" and then click "Settings" in Windows 95. Click the "Control Panel" option. Click "Add and Remove Programs." Click "Startup Disk" and then click "Create." Insert the blank floppy disk into the disk drive. Click "OK." The operating system will create the Windows 95 boot disk. Click "OK" when the disk is finished. Create the Windows 95 Boot Disk using Downloaded Boot Disk Image Open a Web browser and navigate to the boot disk image site (See "Below"). http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm Download the Windows 95 boot disk image and save the .EXE file to the desktop. Click the .EXE file to unzip the enclosed files. The formatting application will start. Insert the blank floppy disk into the disk drive and click "OK." The Windows 95 boot image will be created on the blank floppy disk. Use the Windows 95 Boot Disk Insert the Windows 95 boot up disk into the computer's floppy disk drive. Power the computer down by clicking "Start" and then clicking "Shutdown." Power on the computer with the Windows 95 boot disk in the floppy disk drive. The computer will boot up into MS-DOS to enable installation or troubleshooting of Windows 95.

Micro star mian board passward on bios ms-6724

When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator as user to log in if you cant log in

during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there also

The most common way that most of us know on how to reset or clear the BIOS password is to physically remove the power from the computer by disconnecting the power plug and then removing a battery for 30 minutes from the motherboard. Another way is to reset the clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard itself. Both of the 2 methods mentioned works because most motherboards use a battery to sustain the BIOS/CMOS settings for the motherboards PROM chip. So by cutting off cmos the battery power, the BIOS/CMOS settings will be erased. Hope this helps

Startup problem

I would recommend you to boot your system and safe mode and do a system restore...To open your computer and safe mode hit the F8 button on your keyboad when the computer is booting up..click safe mode..and then once you get to safe mode its going to give you an option to restore your computer to another day..after the restore is finish, you should be able to use the computer without any problems...
