I have taken the lot back to the shop twice now and it all works on their computer.
The keyboard seems to be working ok now but the mouse is giving me real problems because when the computer is switched on the mouse is dead(no arrow movement), I then push the button on the USB sensor and it starts to flicker.
So I push the button under the mouse but nothing happens, I then remove the batteries and replace them and the mouse will then work.
I want the mouse to work when I switch on the computer without going through the aforementioned procedure.

Just a thought--try this. Go into the device manager and delete all the USB ports. Don't worry--they will be reinstalled on restart. Sounds like there is something having to do with them that is confusing the computer. Just right-click on My Computer (or Computer in Win 7), choose properties and then click on device manager to get there.
disconnect the small wireless dongle from the back of your computer..reboot the computer..put it back in,,and then press the connect button on bothe mouse and the keyboard to check,,the battery of teh mouse and the keyboard shud be checked if possible
I opened up the Logitech Mouse and Keyboard Settings, turned my keyboard off, changed out the batteries and turned it back on. It then detected the Keyboard and asked for a password, I entered in the password, it said it was rebooting it and asked for another password which I entered (both passwords were given to me in the Settings). Now it is working just fine! Not sure if you have tried this but it might work for you.
Try disconnecting the Mouse Receiver from the
USB port and reinstall the CD software program. When
the program asks you to connect the MouseReceiver to the USB
port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
I'm having the same problem. Mouse works great but the keyboard doesn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software at least twice via remote desktop- done a hard reboot on the hardware (it's a Logitec wireless keyboard) - I've even tried installing it on another computer and the keyboard and mouse both work great! I just can't get it to work on my computer. The curious thing is that the side buttons (like sleep work) but it won't Ctrl Alt Del so I can login - what am I doing wrong? Are there settings that need to be changed?
