My mp3 player does'nt want to accept files or delete them.
When i send files to it,it says it is write protected

First try to see is there any lock in your pen drive and see if its not
locking it, you will see a switch which locks the pen drive at one side
and unlocks it when you slide that switch to other side ,some drives
comes with that option to protect it ..but if it is not

On USB stick, there is a "Lock/Unlock" slide bar on the
opposite end of USB port. It uses the symbols of a "lock" and an "open
hasp lock" to show that the device is "locked" (write-protected) or
