Is someone getting access to your network or to your router. When setting up any wireless network you should set up encryption and MAC filtering. Use WPA2 if possible as WEP is too easy to crack. Setting MAC filtering will only allow a machine that is registered on your network to have access even if they have the WAP or WAP2 pass-code. Your instruction manual should show you exactly where the password for Admin can be changed but rule of thumb is in Maintenance or Tools sections. Most new routers have built in help, this is a good place to start.
