Usually the 0 button means you cannot take another picture,as you are out of film,or memory space.You can go back and delete some pictures,and the zero should go up numbers,signaling how many pictures you can take before your out of space.Hope it helped

If you can get to the menus, reset all to factory settings as much as you can. Then test it to see how it reacts.
