There are two thumb screws at lower corners of TV, lose them and take off lower front panel of TV, there you will see lamp cover, unscrew and remove it, lamp is in front of you.
Lamp replacement procedure is written in user manual, click Sony Support to download user manual copy of KDF-E60A20 if required.

The lamp is is accessed from the front. Just follow the directions in you manual, or the directions included with the new lamp. Takes just minutes
