Question about LG LDF6810 Built-in Dishwasher
Shows error LE WHAT DOES THAT MEAN...many people complaining the motor, or the pump needs replaced. this unit is only 5 months old!
I had a break in the purple wire, in the door panel. Wires were imbedded in black insulation. Spliced wire and inserted plastic between all wires and black insulation.

I just solved a LE error code on my dishwasher,,,,it was a broken wire caused from the black sound deadening material LG uses...apparently when the dishwasher heats up the black stuff becomes soft...wires become imbedded then when it cools and you open the door it breaks wires...easy solution...soldered wire, put a thin piece of plastic to where the wires couldnt get imbedded , put back together and works great

I'd like to list a solution for this problem. i'll never buy an lg product again. both the stove and dishwasher have broken down! they are brand new! i am now waiting for the repairman to fix the dishwasher for the second time! oh boy, if it breaks again, they will replace it for free! lucky me, they will replace it with the same piece of crap!

LE is locked motor or break in the wire to the motor if under warranty call for service as there is a problem with the noise insulation (in the door) deterioration the coating of wires and causing any kind of failure.
