Refridgerator will make ice but, will not despence water

Hi kappa1.
Try unplugging your fridge first of all.
Then move it so you can reach its back.
From there you should be able to locate 2 plastic tubes(that send the water to the ice and water dispensers)
Check if both tubes are tight, if they are, see if you can switch them.
