Ur main video backlight board it dead,u can tries with other tv see if same prob.i doubted it cable signal.

ghosting is caused by ingress, or interference, getting into the cable signal. make sure all of your cable connections are tight. if this doesn't fix the problem, contact your cable provider, as the problem may be outside the house.
