How do I Fix LCD White Screen?

If you see "fractured lines" across the screen, it would appear that your LCD screen is broken. That's the only way these kinds of lines appear.
You need to replace the screen.

Very horizontal faint white lines running down the screen

check if the line appears in BIOS...dont worry when i say BIOS...not sure how to check...turn the system off...restart the system and keep tapping the F2 would get a Blue screen...check if the lines appear on this screen...if it could either be b'cause the display driver has gone wrong or the system might have a physical damage.....if the lines does not occur on this is a manufacturing defect...please contact the manufacturer and report the issue for solution.......

White horizontal lines flicker and screen goes off.

check the wiring inside the monitor, pull the sceen out and move the wires with the screen on so you can see when it's working. then tape the wires where it works.

Horizontal line appears on my PC Acer screen and

There are two possibilities: That the monitor is bad, or that the video board is bad.
The easiest way to test is to install a different monitor and see if it does the same.
If it does the same, then it is the video board. If not, it is the monitor.

Horizontal lines are appearing and moving acrosss the screen of my View Sonic E50C Monitor...

What is wrong with your monitor is that the Horizontal section is going faulty, the lines you are seeing are the Horizontal Retrace lines, usually invisable in a working unit. It is often a faulty capacitor(s) OR a Diode breaking down.. in the area of the Flyback Transformer. Probably time for a new one unless ya can fix it yaself.
