If that doesn't help solve the issue, you might have a corrupt boot loader on your phone and you will need to take it in to your carrier's store / kiosk to get it replaced.
hold * and # and Power On when the phone is off..do this two times if first time not solves the problem. If you still have the problem it means the soft is broken and must be implemented again
The internal phone software needs to be "reinstalled". Take it to a service center, they'll know how to do that. The phone will not charge, will not power on and will not accept any input from the keyboard or the USB port except the correct software. If you try to reload the internal firmware by yourself (there are guides in internet telling how to proceed) be aware that you can render the pone useless beyond any repair.
try holding down the power remove the back cover and battery (at this point briefly let up on the power) remove the sim card wait for "insert sim card" message remove battery reinsert sim card and battery release power key when the splash screen comes up
