he Control PWB only causes this defect when the Backlight Control Signals are Output from the Control PWB No LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling) signal may also result in this symptom LVDS is a differential signaling system, which means that it transmits two different voltages which are compared at the receiver. LVDS uses this difference in voltage between the two wires to encode the information. The transmitter injects a small current, typically 3.5 mA, into one wire or the other, depending on the logic level to be sent. The current passes through a resistor of about 100 to 120 ω (matched to the characteristic impedance of the cable) at the receiving end, then returns in the opposite direction along the other wire. From Ohm's law, the voltage difference across the resistor is therefore about 350 mV. The receiver senses the polarity of this voltage to determine the logic level. This type of signalling is called a current loop. Its completely signal faults in your circuit board. So only its difficult to understand without yechnical knowledge.
You need to check the PWB or LVDS system.

Purchased the TV on the spot on NOVEMBER 23, 2007. NOV 24/07 Follow-up call I made to Fast Forward for more details on TV. I was then advised to search the WEB (we were on dial-up @ the time) Tuesday DECEMBER 4, 2007 FINALLY TV was delivered. The installers pointed out a node that was not lite. I could not see it until the evening and it was very evident. Wednesday December 5th, 2007 a "node" constantly showed up white. Called Fast Forward - a NEW TV will be delivered is what was promised. Friday December 7, 2007 Stopped in at Fast Forward and spoke with both Managers. Both Managers indicated new TV would be delivered week of Dec. 10-14. Week of Dec. 17-21, 2007 Still no new TV delivered. Saturday Dec. 29, 2007 Called Fast Forward - I was assured that the first shipping day in January 2008. Thursday Jan. 17, 2008 Called Fast Forward Once again spoke with Saleman (Jared) and then Manager Greg Skripka. The office of Fast Forward in Owen Sound assured me they would be calling within the next 48 hours with a shipping date of my NEW TV. Tuesday Feb. 5, 2008 New T.V. delivered. November 24, 2008 (8 months plus days later) Problems with the sound on the TV November 25, 2008 Turned TV on - NO SOUND, NO SCREEN, NO CLICK from the TV when using the remote/or NO CLICK using push button way. I called Bell Express Vu and rather very time consuming trouble shooted with them for 1.5 hours. I couldn't be the new TV I wrote a cheque to the tune of $3106.49. I then called Fast Forward. Saleman Jared and then the Manager Greg Skripka. Fast Forward said that the warranty ran out on Nov. 23, 2008. Even though the second new TV was delivered on FEB 5, 2008. TWO DAYS PAST. November 26, 2008 My husband called FAST FORWARD, Greg the manager that they may bring replacement TV on DEC.1, 2008 when they come to pick up the TV for repairs. December 1, 2008 A replacement (sub standard) TV was delivered while the 2nd NEW TV was going to the repair shop. Tuesday Feb. 24, 2009 I called Fast Forward and spoke with salesman Jarrett Rawn. He assured me a part was coming in and would call back with a delivery date. Tuesday March 24, 2009 (one month later) I called Fast Forward and spoke with Jarrett Rawn. Jarrett assured me he has rec'd an email from the Company and the part was not ready yet. Jarrett would get back to me as he was going to call the Company - Rick from the repair shop. Jarrett was going on vacation the following day and he would call be back on April 4th, 2009 with an expected date for delivery. April 4th, 2009 I called Fast Forward and spoke with Jarrett Rawn. Jarrett had not heard from Rick the repair tech and still awaiting parts. Friday April 24, 2009 I called Fast Forward and spoke with Jarrett Rawn. He would call me back. WEDNESDAY MAY 13TH, 2009. I called Fast Forward and spoke with Manager Greg Skripka. Jarrett would call me back in 10 minutes. 3 hours later - Jarrett CALLED (my first returned call). He gave me the ticket number, a phone number to call in the STATES - Hitachi, and the number to the repair shop. Where there are 8-9 TV's waiting to be fixed. Please help - Am I still under the warranty of 2nd TV? Do I need to follow-up? Where can I file a complaint?

TV goes in and out. Blue light blinks between picture grabs. Other internet postings say. Main digital board. Sent it into the TV repair man he says Main digital board. the question is....I can buy the board for $450 and download the manual for $12.95. I have the capability of working on electrical items. Is changing a main digital board that difficult? Also what else has to be done? software reset? or anything special that I wouldn't have? I just dont have $500 more for repair cost. Thanks
