As long as the tuner that the connector plugs into is not bad/broken then you can re-attach the connector by soldering it to the casing
file or sand both surfaces before soldering and attach a cable to the connector to help dissipate heat while soldering(so the plastic center of connector is not melted) I some times use cold spray (a can of computer duster turned upsidedown) to cool the joint quickly, immeadiatly after soldering.
Good surface preperation and a hot soldering iron (45W or more) are key to doing a good job
