Honeywell thermostat blows cold air on heat

Thermostats don't actually blow anything, the heating system might though. Check the breakers for your heat system, then call a heating specialist. They're really not that expensive.

What happen when your hvac blows cold air and the heat is set at 73

Sounds like you have a thermostat problem. If your thermostat is not triggering the furnace to ON/HEAT you will not the heat you desire. IF you know how to trigger the furnace you could jump your furnace controller wires BUT DON'T do this. Instead, get another thermostat and try it. But be sure to get the same rated thermostat... take it with you when looking for a replacement.
Not sure about everything going on with your unit based upon what you provided but your thermostat should show the current temp and the temp you set. It also show the mode that the thermostat is in (HEAT / COOL / AUTO) Manually select heat, then increase temp above the current temp setting. listen for furnace to activate or wait a few minutes for warm air output. If not, you'll have to see assistance trom a local heating and cooling company.

I have a Rudd Achiever 90 plus Premium Efficiency Model# UGRA09EZAJS Serial# Y5D707F460504955 mfd date 11/2005, It blow a cold air after turn the heat on and set it on position instead of auto, temp set...

When you set the the switch to ON, I'm assuming that is the fan control? You should leave that on AUTO. The furnace will turn the fan on when the heat exchanger reaches a preset temperature. Which will prevent COLD air from coming out of your vents.

Heat pumps tend to blow a much lower temperature outlet air than a gas fired unit would. Is this your first year with this furnace?  Depending on your outside temps, an auxiliary heat strip may not be operating properly.

Why does the heating element in my gas furnace keep shutting off before it reaches the desired temp? The fan keeps blowing but the air is cold. I have to turn the thermostat to off, wait a few minutes and...

The furnace has many safety controls monitoring many parameters. The most like cause of your complaint may be low air flow. The most simple reason would be dirty or too restrictive of an air filter. If the filter is clean that is about as far as you can go without a general knowledge of how that whole system works together.

Gas Furnace is not heating anymore.

the fan you hear come on at a call for heat is most likely just the inducer motor. the click you hear is probably the relay for the hot surface ignitor which should glow red, then in turn ignite the main burners. your going to have to determine if the ignitor is coming on. if it isnt the ignitor is bad and will need to be replaced. if it comes on and than shuts off after a few seconds the ifc board is probably at fault

Furnace runs OK, but blower runs again a few seconds later

Could be a defective thermostat in the plenum.
When a gas furnace shuts down the fan(blower) will run until the plenum cools to the safe range. Usually 1 and 1/2 minutes.
Intermittent operation is a defective thermostat or relay.
