Question about Canon PowerShot A570 IS Digital Camera
I just bought the Canon powershot A570. The flash had originally worked but now it doesn't. I put it on P for Program, tried the lightning bolt, adjusted the ISO, evaulative, spot mode....The user guide has not helped me. Can you???
No this is free, but Fixya does not have a team of experts waiting to answer your questions. The answers just come from average people reading this website. You just have to wait, BE PATIENT, and take a lot of the answers with a grain of salt.
Your problem sounds like a defective flash mechanism. As you just bought the camera, it should still be under warranty. First try to take the camera back to the store for a replacement (be nice when you do it). If they can't help, Canon will certainly help under the camera's warranty.
