Neptune TL, stops at the 11 minutes to end and will not go past, I have to shut off, hit spin cycle to finish load

- I have had a small uC error code a few times but mostly it hits 11, stops, beeps, and unlocks. You try to restart it it will jump up to 18 go down to 11 and then the samething again.

Hello krabby64

Is your FAV6800AW or FAV9800AW failing with error codes dc or UC or both to the Console display? If you are I believe you are experiencing a clutch malfunction with your machine. Take a look at this post and see if your problem is similar.

If you have error codes to the display when the machine fails in the last 11 minutes (I believe start od spin cycle) can you let us know what those error codes are?

- I would say you have a clutch malfunction, The failing in spin cycle with dc/UC errors will only get worse as the roller clutches in the clutch continue to degrade. If you decide to DIY the fix see this post.
