Monitor say out of frequency range and i dont know how to go into safe mode to change the settings.

any help woul be greatly appreciated

to go in to safe mode you need to press F8 function key when you start your system. You need to press that key continously till you get the list of modes (normal, command prompt, safe mode, etc.)
over there you select enable VGA mode option and then your system will automatically set to the default settings.
