Modem powers up, The power, Ethernet, DSL lights are a steady green, but no connection. I have another of the same model, the same light are steady green and this will connect. Connecting with AT&T DSL. Any suggestions.

- What I had to do was to go into the ip address of the modem and save the changes, and that solved this issue. Thanks for all who helped. Have a great day. John KatkusClarification Request

I tried to go to the ip address given to me for this particular modem. I could not enter the page.

can be a deffective modem.. they Bell.ca had replaced mine only 5 times..
