You should be able to get a service manual from the manufacturer online and down load it? Or go to where this unit was purchased and they should be able to help you.Get the model, serial, and product numbers from both indoor and outdoor units to take with you. The more info you have the better. The outdoor serial number shows the manufacture date.Have you removed the excess panel on the outdoor unit to see if a manual may be inside? they sometimes put them there instead of handing them to the owner.
