A few days ago we had HD DVR from Time Warner installed, and ever since, there has been a blue glow at the bottom.

Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,
Time warner just has bad timing.
You optic block is going bad and will need replacing.
Check this link clickhere
To see if Sony is still covering this issue, they put a 3 year warranty on these light engines
