I just bought a Coby MP822 mp3 player, and the first time I went to turn it on it said "Please wait", and I haven't been able to get it off. The player won't even turn off! I have to press the reset button. To make matters worse, my computer isn't even recognizing it!!! (I use windows media player and windows 2000, i think.) IT's my parents' computer, so I can't really mess with the hard drive or anything like that. HELP PLEASE!!! Thanks.
