Garmin Nuvi 200W, trip planner

U bought a new Nuvi 200 W. The saleman said it has a trip planner & comes with a CD that explains how it works. I didn't get a CD, only a small brochure and it doesn't mention "trip planning".
Can you help. Nevy in Savannah, Ga.

I can't understand the instructions given in the small brochure that is included with the contents.Can I get more detailed instructions.

First of all , this is a NUVI 660 FORUM REVIEW not 200.

He was wrong , and a trip planner sir is where you want to go.
Point A to point B .

The small guide show you but the best way to learn it's to play with it.

My garmin nuvi 200w comes up with "no detailed maps found that support routing. The nuvi cannot be used with out them" How can i fix it?

USA Garmin nuvi 200. Can I download Ireland map?

Hi,
You will have to buy a version of European maps. After you download them into your Garmin it will work just like in the US.
Here is a link I found for you. It looks like you need to buy all of Europe but there may be a way to just buy individual countries. Best wishes on your trip.

Unable to unlock maps for garmin nuvi 200 I am having trouble getting new stuff on my Garmin Nuvi 200. I registered it thinking it would let me download mapsource and it didnt. So then I got a pirated...

Here's a thought: instead of trying to install pirated maps which don't/won't work on your unit, how about actually buying the maps which are guaranteed to work. You will get a free copy of Mapsource on the disk with the maps of Europe.
