There should be a reset button somewhere on the router. If you plug it in and press and hold this button for a few seconds then reinstall the software for the router and create new network settings and it should work.

Reset the Router, and you will have to set everything up again. To avoid losing this in the Future, Put a Piece of masking tape under the router and Write your Information there. Not a Security threat as anyone that wants on your Network would need to be in your Home to get this information

The default user name is admin and so it the password you may need to hit the reset button on the back of the router and set the router back up.
