Yours does have parts available at this link by entering the model number of your refrigerator. Click Here=> Appliance Parts Point and Click because yours is not dumping would cause me to think the ice maker thermostat is defective. Part 27 in the above photo. That is what tells the ice maker to empty the ice and begins the cycle by starting a heating element below the ice maker to loosen the ice from its cube slots, and the turns the heat off and cycles until the ice dumps to the ice container and ends the cycle by coming to the position you normally see the rake arms. When the arms or rake stops it tells the water control valve on rear of refrigerator to open for about 7 seconds. Below is a link to the complete ice maker.
