ice buildup in a hand sized spot inside the food storage area ???? This has gone on for at least 2 months. Freezer and rest of refrigerator work fine. thanks d. Mclallen dm1000@epix .net

I recommend a thurugh defrost which is recommended once a year. Otherwise defrost timer may be faulty. Remember that the coldest air will be on the bottom
