I have found that File Recovery is the most effective.. It can recover all lost data. http://www.magicpctool.com/product/data_recovery.htm

Hello,

If the data was on a recovery partition and that sector was destroyed, you will need the restore disk for your system. If you do have it, you can purchase a new one from Sony.
