Sadly your question is too simple, as it depends on many factors, what country you're in, which network, etc.

In theory the button with the globe symbol just above the send/dial/answer key should be your hotkey to WAP. Some operators will not allow you to use WAP (and other things like MMS and voicemail) until you have made a chargeable call. You may also need your provider to send you settings by text in order for WAP to work, especially if you have used this phone previously on another network. Some providers block WAP on pre-paid by default as data rates can often be high and you can use up credit very quickly. That doesn't mean you can't have it, you just need to ask your operator to activate it.

Bought a Samsung GT E12001 mobile today, the assistant put the simple and battery in I have brought it home there is no bars not receiving texts or calls

go into call and put in #06# and note imei number that comes up. Next phone the mobile network provider and tell them you want to check you phone got connected properly to their network when you purchased it , give them the mobile phone number and the imei number if they ask for it.
If it is a pre paid phone you may need a recharge of credits onto the phone. The dealer or assistant should have done this for you if needed and explained the pre paid system to you if you are on pre paid. You may have an internet portal with the mobile phoine network provider that can manage your pre paid.
If the mobile phonw was connected via wi fi you should have an application somewhere on the phone to manage recharging credits. if pre paid
You can't do it on the mobile data if your credits are zero.

Need help getting my internet to work for cricket i flashed my htc from spirnt to cricket but no picture mail or internet

this is assuming that you have already loaded the arcsoft mms program onto your phone.. if not you will need to do some searching to find it... but since you said you were having problems getting it to download pictures,, im going to assume you have it on there.. so here you go...

go to Start/settings/connections/connections/advanced/select networks

once you get in there then click on add new modem connection and name it Cricket WAP and the modem should be Cellular Line and press next

on the next screen put #777 and click next

enter your User Name is and passwork is cricket and click finish

now go to proxy settings and check both boxes and write on proxy server

now go to advance and write on the server and 8080 in the port(do it in all 4) now click ok until you go back to network management

now on the second one click new and name it Cricket mms and celular line and click next

do step 5 & 6 again.

now you are done with the connections settings

For the next step you will need a registry editor

You can find phm regedit for free or use resco registry editor from resco explorer pack,, they have a demo

open it and go to Hkey Local Machine/software/arcsoft mms ua/config/mm1/wspheader

look for these strings and make sure they say this,, if not then edit them to be like this....

Accept Application/vnd.wap.multipart.related
Accept-Language en
User-Agent Arcsoft/MMSUA/v3.0
X-Cricket-MDN your phone number(you might have to replace sprint to Cricket)

if you missing some of them, go to edit/ new string

and if there are other stuff on there besides those 4, delete them

Now go back to Hkey Local Machine/software/arcsoft mms ua/config/UI

find EnableServerEdit

and change it from 0 to 1

now you need to soft reset your phone...

now go to your messages and click menu/MMS configuration and then click server and click add new,, add new or if you already have one called verizon or something,, just click it and click edit...
you need to change/input these settings into it

Server Name Cricket
Gateway leave blank
Port Number 8080
Server address
Connect Via Cricket MMS
Sending limit (your choice)
Wap version Wap 2.0

Mine is working great.
Good Luck

Photo sms sending

Make sure it is using the right profile. Eg I come from New Zealand and use Vodafone. My MMS profile is called VFNZ PXT.
If you are sure it is using the right profile, check the profile settings eg the server and the GPRS settings. Also try sending a video (last resort) and if it works then you should call your service provider or try their website.

happy new year =)
