I have bought like new Razors (ebay) for under $35.00 - It would probably be too costly to fix the one you have, if it has internal damage. There are some goon sites on the web for unlocking phones. Also, some of the old phones can not be used on modern networks.
Hello Hune. The issue with the vibrating seems like it was firmware related. The software sometimes gets glitchy. I wouldnt worry to much. Worst case scenerio, all it needs is a flash, which you can basically get done at any certified Motorola service center. As for the buzzing sound, its a common called the keypad hiss. Very common. Its actually the keypad that is making that sound. Motorloa used that technology for the first time for thier keypads on the razr, and it made that sound. Its been corrected since then. Hope this helped. Dont forget to give me a rating!
