SOURCE: I need to find a (download) owners manual for a Durabrand HT 3917

Go to and register. Search for Lenoxx HT-3917. It is there. Or send me your email and i can send it.

No sound from speakers when tv is on

It is likely that you do not have an HDMI cable connecting your cable/satelite set top box to the reciever. If you you run coxial striaght to your TV you will need a digital tuner and run the audio componet cable to the receiver and picture cable to the TV. Also be sure that TV out is perferably with optical audio. Hope this helps. If not its all listed simply in the owners manual. Try Sony's website if you lost it.

Hi, The quetiopn is about SONY DVD home theatre system DAV-HDZ235. For some reason I have big black box on a TV screen at time DVD playing. The picture appears and box dissapears when I pushong volume on...

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to help. Sounds like you are inadvertently activating P.I.P (picture in picture) with your remote. Perhaps the P.I.P button is next to the volume control. The black box you mention, is a blank channel. That means the way you have your cable box set up, there is no signal coming in to that p.i.p. tuner. Press the P.I.P. button and see if that's what's happening.

If this advise helped you, please give me a rating so I can make my boss happy! Thanks for using

Panasonic SA- AK 133 Music system sorround system not working

this is something a tech expert on electronics can handle. even replacing parts has to be attended by a pro-technician. something is wrong with your DSP processor or system components. it could be the switch only or it could be the processor.
