Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

1 Answer

Power cord does not fit in console

It has two plastic prongs on the console and three on the cord end. I think it is the wrong cord, or am I supposed to break out the center tab on the console(it would probably fit then)?

Please use HDMI cable to connect the PS3 to your computer when you found that it is working with that it. It only shows that your three prong cable is defective as it fails every time. Try with another three prong cable and see the results. I will still insist you to use HDMI cable which will give you better picture quality and sound.

Play Station 3

When you start your PS3, press the power button and hold it for 5 seconds. It will beep and reset the machine to the default settings. What is happening is it is thinking you are still using the other cable. Reset to default and it will recognize the new cable. Hope that helps.
