Question about Delstar DS 917 Digital Media Player
My mp3 wont connect to the computer. It stays on the connect screen for hours and still doesn connect. What do i do?
disk error will not connect or play
If you are running Windows 98 First or Second Edition, you may want to use the driver CD that came with your player and install the driver. If it is not supported by Windows 98 First Edition, upgrade to Second Edition. If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, you may want to check on the Device Manager to see if the player is connected. If the selected player shows an "?", it means you will need to update the driver. Run the Update Driver wizard, and install the player as removable disk.

Did you run the installation cd ?
Exit some other programs if you have a few running
then connect it and check My Computer for "DS31034" or something along those lines.
