Question about Logitech Inc MM50 Portable Speakers iPod Computer Speakers
I haven't used my speakers for about 6 weeks. When I went to use them today, I plugged them into the mains and inserted the Ipod. the Ipod started charging but no lights came on on the speakers and no sound. No response from the remote. Changed the battery in the remote just in case, but no luck.
If no light came from the speakers then something is corrupted inside them .. you have to check the power source and power cable of the speakers first ... if everything is fine then the speakers are corrupted from inside

If this happens when the MM50 is plugged in then is sounds like you need a new power supply/cord. If it happens when unplugged and running on battery power then sounds like you
need to buy a new battery. The battery for the MM50 speaker is VERY hard
to find. Logitech does not make a replacement battery for this unit but
here is a link to a site that
carries it: Replacement NTA2335 Battery for Logitech MM50 iPod Speaker
I hope this helps!
