Where to find the driver on Brother MFC 4820c

Pullout all of the units. Such as toner/image units transfer belt fuser and thing that easy to remove then reseat them ensuring a good connection. are the Image units or toner third party? if so replace with original Brother ones

Might have a control panel bad. Check the Contrast/Density control for the panel.

It wants the software installation serial number or key, not your printers serial number.
Look on the installation disk or packaging that came with it.
If you don't have it, contact Brother tech support by email or phone.

THE PRIN T HEAD IS CLOGGED,NEED TO REPLACE.

Error 41 means there is a major problem with the printhead, usually
requires a print head replacement. My advice is to take it to a
Brother service centre while it is under warranty. If it's out of
warranty then it is cheaper to purchase a new, non Brother model. If you have been using non-Brother cartridges or refills, they can have too much water in them and it erodes the print head after a while. Usually just after warranty has expired!

No, are you sure that another ink is not empty, power off remove all carts turn on, insert carts machine should ask if new cart were installed answer yes to any that are new, use brother carts.

 

Inks are deemed empty even when a little is left it must be this way to avoid air getting in lines.

Error 41 means that the printhead is defective and has to be replaced by a new one. The internal piezo-electric is rotten. Sorry, no way to repair the printhead. A new printhead is more expensive than a new mfc

Hi, Unfortunately, this is caused by the printer head. It will gradually stop working. However, some things to try is to clean the print head. This is literally opening the printer and cleaning the head. Also, avoid using refill ink cartridges as they damage the print head a lot quicker. Get brand new cartridge if you are using refills. If this still doesn't help, then the print head have already been damaged and need to be replaced. By the way, if this printer is still under warranty, brother should replace either the printer or the print head for you free of cost.
