take the back off and plug it in. there is a green LED on the power supply that should show if its getting the 5Vdc standby power . if thats not lit up check the fuses on the power supply . there are 4 fuses on the power supply in the unit. the power supply is a medium sized board right in the middle of the tv when you take the back off . you can probe it for power as well if you have a multimeter , all the voltages are listed on the back of the power supply and clearly marked on the connectors . hope it helps
