Door button mechanism is all behind the control panel.
there should be a couple screws holding the control panel on, you can see them when you open the door i believe.
you probably need to slide it one way or another to get it to unhook from its hidden catches..
there is the outer button you press with your hand thats available in 3 colors depending on your model #, and then the inner latch..
it will need to be checked to verify which parts are broken..

What usually breaks is the door open lever.
On a counter top model, the outer cover will need to be removed to diagnose and repair this. On an over-the-range model, only the control panel needs to be removed.
Please unplug the oven first.

Once it is apart, you'll be able to see how the door open button would press against the door open lever, which would then lift up against the door latch heads (hook-like projections on the door) and the door should open.
