That is the video converter you'll need to put videos on.

To transfer music try using Windows Media Player, if wmp does not recognized it; open My Computer, look for "Coby Mp..." or something like it and drag media to the corresponding folder.

Hope that fixed it

Boot screen computer

bootable USB guide, here we assume that you are using either Vista or Windows 7 to create a bootable USB.
1. Insert your USB (4GB+ preferable) stick to the system and backup all the data from the USB as we are going to format the USB to make it as bootable.
2. Open elevated Command Prompt. To do this, type in CMD in Start menu search field and hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Alternatively, navigate to Start > All programs >Accessories > right click on Command Prompt and select run as administrator.
3. When the Command Prompt opens, enter the following command:
DISKPART and hit enter.
LIST DISK and hit enter.
Once you enter the LIST DISK command, it will show the disk number of your USB drive. In the below image my USB drive disk no is Disk 1.

4. In this step you need to enter all the below commands one by one and hit enter. As these commands are self explanatory, you can easily guess what these commands do.
SELECT DISK 1 (Replace DISK 1 with your disk number)
(Format process may take few seconds)
Don't close the command prompt as we need to execute one more command at the next step. Just minimize it.

5. Insert your Windows DVD in the optical drive and note down the drive letter of the optical drive and USB media. Here I use "D" as my optical (DVD) drive letter and "H" as my USB drive letter.
6. Go back to command prompt and execute the following commands:
D:CD BOOT and hit enter. Where "D" is your DVD drive letter.
CD BOOT and hit enter to see the below message.
(Where "H" is your USB drive letter)

7. Copy Windows DVD contents to USB.
You are done with your bootable USB. You can now use this bootable USB as bootable DVD on any computer that comes with USB boot feature (most of the current motherboards support this feature).
Note that this bootable USB guide will not work if you are trying to make a bootable USB on XP computer.

Clean Install Windows on a Sony Vaio

Even if a Windows operating system is already installed on your Sony Vaio, it is possible to clean install the same version again or clean install an upgraded version of the Windows operating system over the current operating system.
A clean install of a Windows operating system overwrites the Sony Vaio's current operating system and cleans the hard drive by automatically deleting all of the applications, files and settings that are stored on the Vaio.

Create recovery discs for your Sony Vaio using the Vaio's built-in VAIO Recovery Wizard.
Access Vaio Recovery Wizard by going to the "Start" menu and clicking "Help and Support." Follow the screens in the VAIO Recovery Wizard to make recovery CDs for your computer.
Transfer files and programs that you want to save onto an external storage device, such as an external hard drive or a CD.
To transfer the files and programs to an external hard drive, plug the external hard drive into a USB port on the computer and drag and drop files from the computer into the external drive window.
To transfer the files and programs to CD, open a CD-burning software and choose the "Data Disc" option, upload all of the files into the program and "Burn" or "Write" them to the disc.

Place the Windows installation CD or DVD into the disc drive of your Sony Vaio.
If the computer is already on, reboot the computer.
If not, turn the computer on to boot the installation disc.

Follow the onscreen prompts to go through the installation wizard for the Windows operating system.
Enter the product key from the Windows operating system packaging, accept the terms of the operating system license and, if prompted to choose a type of partition for the Sony Vaio, select "NTFS."
Click the "Install Now" button on the last page of the installation wizard.
The operating system installs to the Sony Vaio.

Wait for the installation of the operating system to complete, which can take up to two hours on some systems.
Once the installation is finished, reboot the Sony Vaio and the computer should boot up to the operating system screen.

Momentarily a small prompt will appear saying the computer has detected a new removable device.

Insert the antivirus software installation CD into the disc drive of the computer to launch the installation wizard.

If you downloaded the program, double-click the downloaded file to launch the installation wizard.

Read through and accept the license agreement, then click "Browse" when shown the installation location.

A search window will appear on the screen. Choose the USB flash drive and click "OK."

Click "Next" for the installation name and select "Install." The antivirus program now will install onto the USB flash drive

Hi this is peter i have a problem hat i nt figer out. trying to install Punch Home and Land Premium i get this-- Error 1305.Error reading From file C: Program Files\Punch! Home and Land Premium\ tool...

Hello peter4927,

An, "Error 1305" message mean that; your computer is unable to read the "Program Disc" properly.

This error can occur if your CD or DVD is damaged, dirty, or caused by dust.

This can happen, if another program is "preventing your computer from reading the "Program!"
You will also receive this error if the "Disc Drive" is damaged or dirty.
Try cleaning the "Disc" first!
"Use a Disc Cleaner, to clean the CD-ROM / DVD Drive.
Place the "Program Disc in the Disk Drive; then "Restart the Computer!"
This will have the CD, or DVD start-up {Automatically}.
Next, you can try to start the "Disc" by using the "Auto-Run."
To do so; place the 'Disc' in the "Disc Drive Tray."
Next, [right click] on the "Computer Icon" to open the 'computer window'.
Now, right click, on the Disc Drive, and select the either, "Open, Explore or {Auto-run}.
Hopefully it will start.
Repeat each action if necessary!
"If there is anything else, you may need help with?
Write a 'comment,' I'll be here to assist you!"
"Best Regards"

How to get the pc games to the removable disc(J) sandisk. Can not Move them to Flashdrive disc.

It is not completely clear if you mean large PC games or if you mean small PC games.

By small PC games I mean games similar to the games that come with Windows and that appear in the 'All Programs -> Games' folder. Such as 'Free Cell', 'Hearts' or 'Solitaire'.

By large games I mean games like 'World of Warcraft' or 'Mortal Combat'.

Also, do you want to install the games on your Flashdrive or store them there?

If you want to store a large game on your flash drive. Place the CD/DVD with the game on it in your CD/DVD drive and insert your Flashdrive in a USB port.

Open 'WIndows Explorer' or 'My Computer'. Locate the CD/DVD drive that you inserted the game disk in (most likely your D: drive).

In the 'Edit' menu select 'Select All' and then in the 'Edit' menu select 'Copy'.

Then locate the Flashdrive in 'WIndows Explorer' or 'My Computer'. And in the 'Edit' menu select 'Paste'.

While this will copy the files from your game's CD/DVD disk to your Flashdrive you may or may not be able to install the game from your Flashdrive.

You can use this same procedure to copy small games to your Flashdrive from your Hard Drive.
You will need to know where on your hard drive they are located. And they may or may not run from your Flashdrive.

Also you may be able to install and run games from your Flashdrive, When you run the Setup program from you game disk you will usually be given the option to select a alternative location to install the game.
Select your Flashdrive at that point and it may install correctly to your Flashdrive. If it does you should be careful to always use the same USB port or the game won't run.

Hope that helps.

Please guide the steps to install the norton antivirus 360 latest version one user

The easiest way, open your CD drive and with that open shut down your computer. Insert the Disk in the drive and close it then restart the computer. The installation program should start auto automatically as windows starts. The reason I said to shut down then reboot with the disk in the drive is to allow the program to scan your system before windows starts to speed up the install process. If you insert the Disk and close the drive while the computer is on it will auto start and scan the system anyway but it takes longer. Make sure you stop and uninstall any other anti virus programs or Anti Adware programs, such as Spy Bot, you may have running, the Adware programs only need to be closed.

No setup disc in package

Most external drives to not need installation discs. They are driven via USB, which Windows has built-in support for.

Any software that comes with an external drive is usually S.M.A.R.T. drive software or other "disk utilities", neither of which you have to have in order to use the drive.

Plug it in and go :)
