i have a duet whirlpool frontload washer it just stopped working but when i plug it in i hear it "cherp" it makes a noise like it has power just wont run . The door is locked and cant ever open it to get clothes out it seem like it has power just wont run and none of the lights are on

Just had the notor control unit replaced. Now control lock light is on, I can open door, but cannot run any cycles.... what do I do now?

I can not get my front load duet washing machine out of the control locked feature. I held the cancel buttom for as long as 12 seconds and nothing is happening. Help, I have company arriving and need to do laundry
